Overview

At Luminatee, many of our products are created specifically after an order is placed. As a result, the time required to receive your purchase includes order processing, production, and shipping.

After your order has been successfully submitted, we will send a confirmation email containing your order details. Once your package leaves the fulfillment facility, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation with available tracking information.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.

Orders submitted before 11:00 PM (EST) normally enter our processing queue on the following business day.

Processing time is separate from production and shipping time.

Production requirements vary depending on the type of product ordered. The following timeframes are estimates and are provided to help you understand when your order may arrive.

2D Printed Products

Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Production Time: 3–5 business days
U.S. Shipping Time: 5–10 business days

Estimated Total Delivery Time: 9–18 business days

3D & All-Over Print Products

Products requiring all-over printing or more complex production may include:

  • All-Over Print Hoodies
  • Hawaiian Shirts
  • Baseball Jerseys
  • Basketball Jerseys
  • Football Jerseys
  • Hockey Jerseys
  • Bomber Jackets
  • Leggings
  • Other All-Over Print Apparel

Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Production Time: 5–7 business days
U.S. Shipping Time: 7–14 business days

Estimated Total Delivery Time: 13–24 business days

Stitched & Embroidered Products

Products that require embroidery, additional sewing, stitching, or more complex manufacturing generally require additional production time.

Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Production Time: 15–20 business days
U.S. Shipping Time: 7–14 business days

Estimated Total Delivery Time: 23–37 business days

International Shipping

Luminatee may ship products to customers outside the United States where international delivery is available.

International shipping times vary depending on several factors, including:

  • Destination country
  • Local postal or courier services
  • Customs processing
  • Product type
  • Shipping method
  • Local holidays or delivery conditions

International shipments may also be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout and may vary depending on:

  • Shipping destination

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Available shipping method

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before you submit payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, Luminatee will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number or tracking link when tracking is available.

Please allow approximately 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking activity to appear in the carrier’s system.

In some cases, tracking information may not update immediately even though the package is already moving through the shipping network.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

We will make a reasonable effort to update the information if the order has not progressed too far through production or fulfillment. However, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once production or shipment has begun.

Multiple Shipments

An order containing multiple products may occasionally be fulfilled from different production facilities.

As a result, items from the same order may:

  • Arrive in separate packages
  • Be delivered on different dates
  • Have different tracking numbers

Receiving one package does not necessarily mean that the remaining items in your order have been omitted.

If your order is divided into multiple shipments, additional tracking information may be provided as each package is dispatched.

Delivery Delays

We work with our production and shipping partners to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes. However, circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally cause delays.

These may include:

  • Severe weather or natural events
  • Customs inspections or clearance delays
  • High-volume holiday periods
  • Carrier network disruptions
  • Transportation delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Estimated delivery dates are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
